Programas legais para a função celular do PPC
Os aplicativos default, para função celular, do WM são muito simples e básicos. Existem muitos programas que acrescentam recursos legais e facilitam o uso. Fiz uma lista de alguns programas que testei. Se alguem tiver alguma sugestão vamos acrescentando à lista.
Spb Phone Suite - Pago
-Perfis
-Notificações de chamadas perdidas e SMS não lidas
-Filtragem de chamadas
-Rejeição de chamadas e resposta com SMS
-Marcação rápida com fotos
-Fotos no histórico de chamadas
-Gestor wireless
-Perfil automático
-Definições wireless nos perfis
-Plug-in do ecrã hoje personalizável
Programa muito bom, cheio de recursos, mas como está na versão 1 ainda apresenta algumas inconsistencias, mas vale a pena testar.
Editado: A versão 1.1 sanou todos os problemas e está rodando lisa no meu HTC.

É um clássico. Perfeito para o controle de tráfego de dados.
CallFirewall - Free
-Accecpt all calls - pretty self explainatory
-Accept call from My Contacts only - accepts calls from contacts only, others are rejected
-Reject all calls - pretty self explainatory
-White List - accepts calls only from the white listed nos
-Black List - accepts all call except from the black listed nos
-Black List Pattern - any no STARTING from the black list pattern list is rejected.
for eg. if you enter "123", so all nos STARTING from "123" will be rejected
this is a very nice option with which you can block nos from any particular network, country, city , area or whatever you can think of.
-Finally there is also an option to reply with an SMS.
Programa interessante, do Shailesh Ashar do xda. Usa o .NET Compact framework 2. Sua desvantagem é que precisa estar rodando em segundo plano para funcionar e ele não faz isso automaticamente.

There are 2 standard groups that you start off with. The "<Default>" group applies to a caller who can be found in your contacts, but has not been assigned to a group you created. The "<Unknown>" group applies to a caller that cannot be found in your contacts. You can create as many other groups that you'd like. Contacts can only belong to one group at a time.

Além de ser um bom gravador de voz, tem a capacidade de gravar ligações telefônicas. Nos meus testes ele conseguiu gravar as duas partes da conversa. O volume do interlocutor ficou baixo mas audível. Existe a possibilidade de gravação usando o viva voz, mas fica um pequeno eco que prejudica a qualidade.

LCMinutes is a Windows Mobile 5/6 application designed to monitor phone usage: how many free minutes and free SMS allowance have been used? what is the current charge? Or for prepaid plan, what's the current balance and its expire date?
É bem interessante para quem precisa controlar os gastos com o celular.
Precisa ler o FAQ para configurar e entender o plugin do Today. Parece um smaato simplificado. (dica do portalPPC.)

LoneTear PhoneHelper is a small plug-in which allow you to edit the telephone number before dial. You may also save the frequently used prefixes (such as IDD, IP prefix) into a pre-stored prefix list.
Ele acrescenta um item no menu que permite editar o número do telefone antes da ligação. É muito útil em viagens quando precisamos acrescentar o código da operadora.
